Illegal Waste Disposal in Pasadena, RW 03 and RW 014, Cengkareng Timur Urban Village, Cengkareng, West Jakarta is controlled and closed. Citizens complained about the stinky smell.

Jufri Usman, Cengkareng Urban Village Head, said illegal waste disposal at those two areas have existed for long time. In fact, no residents disposed waste there.

“Only outside Cengkareng Timur residents disposed waste there,” he said, Monday (5/2).

Responding the citizens report, his side coordinated with developer as land owner used for illegal waste disposal.

“We have closed the area and installed fences. Waste has been also cleaned,” he added.
